Very poor hotel for this price. We knew we will not necessarily get the best hotel by the beach, but this was worse than our expectations.
First of all the room was full of dust, even the sofa- we got all itchy from staying there. Also the carpet in the room had a bunch of hair in it! I don't know if they ever cleaned it.
The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we had during our stay. Way too soft, our backs were hurting the next day.
The breakfast was supposed to be included, BUT only bread and a little bowl of fruits were included. For anything extra we needed to pay extra. Great way to make money out of tourists... Also we got "freshly squeezed" orange juice that was obviously bottled juice that was watered down so much you couldnt even taste the orange!
Also the location was not the best. First of all it says that the hotel is on the beachfront, but it's on the other side of the road in the back road. The have access to the water but it's on the other side of the street.
Also, this property runs a generator - it was so loud that it was imposible to enjoy nature sounds.
The door lock was just ridiculous, it's not safe to leave anything of value inside. Also you can hear your neighbours, because the walls are like paper.
The lady at the reception had an attitude that was very unpleasant and cocky. Communication with other staff was pleasant.
Of course the house was full of insects and lizards - but that's a part of jungle rustic experience.
