"I had a lovely stay at the B&B. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and filling and the location could not be better. Right next to the Redwood forest and walking distance or a short Uber away from the city center. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and chats with Vivien and I would pick this B&B again if I come back to Rotorua."

"It was a very cozy room with a great view. The hosts were extremely friendly and had helpful recommendations about things to do in the area and even in Auckland where we were going afterward. They did a very nice job of making my wife and I feel at home. The breakfast was also very tasty."

"Wonderful stay in peaceful surroundings with a great view down into Rotorua. Close enough with a car to all the local attractions but far enough away from the busy town centre. Lovely breakfast, very comfortable room and even managed to find time for the hot tub! Would highly recommend! "

"We enjoyed our stay here immensely. It is a beautiful room in a convenient location for all our adventures. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I highly recommend this location! The only things that were minor complaints were that the bathroom vanity was incredibly small with plenty of space that it could have been expanded. Additionally, we struggled to keep the room as cool as we would have preferred. We were there in winter, and the heat kept kicking on, despite our best efforts....
