Big garden to walk around and table tennis available to play. The infrastructure is like old villas, so expect that, bed/table/wardrobe everything is old villas style. Room size is huge. Brand new B&B in a small mountain town. Excellent facility - extremely clean and organized. Check-in was a breeze. Outside deck area for breakfast in the morning was perfect. A brother and sister own the place together and they are very accommodating and helpful. The town is very small (the road directly in front of the B&B is two way, but really only fits one car at a time so it is a bit of a challenge) but is well located to visit Lake Como or Lugano close by,
