"The absolute perfect winter retreat! Beautiful quality furnishings, loads of games to engage with our kids over and many books to enjoy while cozying up in front of the wood burning stove. We loved having a soak in the outdoor hot tub after exploring the large property or fishing in the river. Sitting in the hot tub while the snow fell was so magical! The open layout and big windows were so nice for enjoying the beautiful winter weather from the warmth of the cabin. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, making lots of delicious meals while enjoying the views! The beds were extremely cozy and kids loved the big log bunk beds! This property helped ground us and connect with our kids! So grateful and would love to go back!"

"We had a great stay. The house was clean and as advertised. The hosts were very engaged and available to answer questions at any time. The location was very convenient to Crystal Mountain where we enjoyed skiing. Would stay here again!"

"Everything was really wonderful! The host is very reaponsive to any and all questions and was quite friendly. It was a beautiful place to enjoy the peace and solitude offered but also close enough to visit the local attractions. The lighthouse and pier in Frankfort are worth the short drive to view with the snow and ice formations. There are several running streams and rivers that offer magical winter pictures not far from this location. The dome is heated and overlooks a cute little frozen lake, but it was not great for star gazing due to frost. The gps also does not take you directly to the driveway to the house and is drive out is up a steep inclined exit that was covered in ice. I could not get out using that exit due to the ice. Overall, I highly recommend this cute little getaway!"
