"We stayed at Villa Olivieri for one night after arriving on the ferry from Spain.
It's brilliant!
We received a great welcome when we arrived, and our accommodation was first class.

"A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!"

"We really loved our stay at Casale 1541! The family that runs the property is very helpful. The rooms are unique and well-equipped. The location is very close to the center of town and the lake. Really great restaurants in town too. Breakfast is also very nice."

"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

"We had an excellent stay in a very cosy room on a walking distance to Pitigliano old town.
Cinzia took good care of us and we would love to go back sometime."

A hidden gem, an small boutique hotel in the old centre. Great walking, brekkie tasty with an amazing view.
Would love to be there in warmer weather to enjoy the back gardens!
They register your car license as you have to drive into a controlled area, with secured parking thru their gates.
A great sleep!!! Would like to visit longer 😊

This B&B was very modern and clean. Beautiful bathroom and good sized shower. The host, Milena spoke good English and was very helpful arranging transportation to the cruise port.
Pre-arrival communication was through WhatsApp and very detailed.
The place far exceeded expectations. I’ve stayed at some of the more common older hotels in the past but this place is a winner and I will return.

Marco was outstanding in customer service. We were greeted upon arrival, and that’s without announcing when we were actually arriving. He was simply waiting based on an estimate.
He helped with luggage when it was not expected, and gave a very thorough tour of the property which, ultimately, takes 3-4 keys* to actually get though one’s doorway.
* Building entry, elevator access (the fourth key if the elevator is used), second floor landing doorway, apartment entry. Secure building for...

Our experience at Michelangeli's B & B in Orvieto was exceptional! We stayed almost 2 weeks and never had a complaint. We found the room rate reasonable. Francesca, the owner, was kind and helpful but also gave us our privacy. Despite her broken English (and our broken Italian), we managed to communicate. The apartment was spotless and nicely furnished. We had plenty of coffee, juice and breakfast food stocked in the room. At your request, the owner will do your laundry - and do it well -...

The experience was amazing. The host Roberto was outstanding in helping us with a late check-in - and provided clear directions on the room amenities. His wife and he prepared a delicious and sumptuous breakfast. Overall, a great treat in Tuscany! Highly recommend!

This is a small property with only 4 rooms. We have stayed here twice and always in room 2. It is small, but well equipped and comfortable. It has AC and a nice shower. Room 3 looks a lot bigger. They have lots of snacks and packaged products for breakfast. Anna and her people arrange for transportation for us from the airport and are right there to meet you when we arrive. It is an easy walk downhill to the bus that takes you to the cruise ship. There is a train that runs by the building...

What a wonderful experience. We rolled into Bolsena on a whim in a Friday evening in April. The place we’d booked online was closed! So we found Casa di Agatha online and made a reservation. When we pulled up is was dark and also looked closed, but soon Tiziano pulled up to let us in.

The room was spacious and the bathroom especially had a large shower. When we arrived a sign on the door directed us to the coffee shop next-door, and a nice young lady took us upstairs to our room. She explained that we could also receive a free breakfast the next morning at the coffee shop, which consisted of coffee, juice, and a good pastry– nice treat. You may find the stairs to be a challenge
if you are not on a lower level since there is no elevator.

Like new, spacious, comfortable, need I say more? Yes - the location is across the street from the Port of Civitavecchia in a pedestrian only zone. Convenient public parking lot located within walking distance with minimal charges an hour between 8:00am to 1pm otherwise its FREE! I had the room with the detached PRIVATE bathroom which was great, I was even provided with a robe so I could go down the hall without having to get dressed and with only 3 other rooms within this B&B I never really...

If you have had the experience of staying in Medieval town centers - which we love - you'll truly appreciate how your hosts understand how to maneuver the narrow city streets and how you can park right outside their B & B. The location next to a church helps, but they also help you understand the timing for finding a spot. This frees you to enjoy this wonderful town, their gracious hospitality, and the stunning and important nearby historical gardens.
