"We stayed for a short break by the sea and it was great. The property is spacious, clean and well equipped. It’s in a great location for the beach although it's a steep climb! It’s nice to be able to walk in to the town and not use the car all the time."

"Great spacious property with amble room for all. Perfect base to walk the North Norfolk costal path and visit many of the villages. Would certainly stay here again. "

"The property was so comfortable and spacious. This was the perfect place to celebrate and spend time as a family. The beautiful bedrooms were ample for our 17 guests with plenty of areas for us all to sit together. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment to manage self catering. "

"Lovely place with all the facilities and equipment you could wish. Great games room could not fault it"

"We absolutely loved the house and gardens. We wish we had booked longer to spend more time hanging out together there. Great for kids with the trampoline and large football pitch to run around on. Not far from the coast and lovely local villages + walks. Great to socialise in the evening in the different lounge areas and the hot tub was great! "

"We stayed this weekend at Cleveland House and have to say it was beautiful. Clean, spacious and super quality, it provided us with the perfect base to relax and catch up with girlfriends. Meals around the spacious table, evenings in the cosy lounge and great walks to see the seals within 10 mins stroll. We would absolutely recommend it to others looking for a perfect base to relax.
