"Palvelu erinomaista. Aamiainen huippuluokkaa. Emäntä oli kattanut valmiiksi paikat aamiaiselle ja palveli jokaista vierasta heidän tarpeiden mukaan. Sisään kirjautuminen onnistui vaikka myöhästyimme hieman. Ainoa pieni puute oli että Suomalaisesta saunasta loppui teho jo toisen löylykauhallisen jälkeen. "

"Fantastisches Frühstück, nettes Personal. Für die, die Annex buchen: Speisesaal und der Wehr schöne Wellnessbereich sind problemlos über einen Durchgang im Haus erreichbar. Allerdings ist der Weg zum Wellness unzureichend ausgeschrieben, man irrt durch die Gänge. Das Zimmer war zwar veraltet eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Das einzige was gestört hat, dass das Bett bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt hat und der kalte Rauch aus dem Mitarbeiterzimmer nebenan in unser Zimmer zog. "

"The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...

"Have been traveling the world, much of it in Europe for 35 years, and Hotel Seppl is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. First off, the location is simply stunning as the hotel is surrounded by massive mountains and also overlooks parts of Innsbruck. The inside of the hotel is gorgeous with a mixture of old world Europe and a modern touch as well. "Everything about this hotel is 5-star ! The check in was quick, friendly, and additional information was provided for the area. The room was super clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choices. We dined at their restaurant the second night, and the food was delicious, the wine recommendations perfect! (Thank you Jane)"
