"The location is close to legoland which is nice. They had connect 4 and some playing cards otherwise the property isnt great for little ones due to some odd decor choices. There were ants and a spider and unsure about the cleaning. Thermostat didnt adjust and dishwasher didnt work. Tvs were hard to use. Wish there had been printed instructions for where to find things in the house, as well as recommendations in the town. Didnt use outdoor deck because too cold but also couldnt open the door and...

"Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

Doug and Diane have gone out of their way in many small details and accomadations that we have not normally seen in other VRBO stays.We even found a theater in the area where we can take our dog! Warrington drive-in! And a creamery up on a mountaintop, Bellvale, with delicious cherry vanilla ice-cream. "
