Nice hotel with a pool and restarant. Not close enough to walking so used taxi. Very nice tour of the Grajalva river canyon and Chiapas de Chorzo with Alfredo who has a booth in the lobby and also provides taxi service.

Greatest value for money.

The Fiesta Inn is a great value hotel in Tuxtla-Gutiettez. The staff are friendly, the onsite restaurant is good, and the pool was nice. Great value for money.

The installations are very poorly taken care of. The gym, pool and rooms lack upgrade. The pool and the rooms belong to a $10 dollar hotel… my room even lack a chair for the desk. The bottom of the beds look torn and need a full upgrade

An upgrade is when then sent you to a better room. They just change us to a higher floor. No VIP amenities, coffee or drinks or executive service. The room smell like mold/humid and the AC didn't work well. Torn towels and bad ventilation in the toilette. The hotel seems to start falling down, but still acceptable. I will return because of the area were is located but there are other hotels in the area that seem more appealling.
