"Great location and well stocked with all the essentials needed to have a functioning kitchen. Carpet very old and instantly smelt the dust which made us very congested- corners under bed side table had very large dust bunnies and the vacuum at the property didn’t work. We paid a lot in a “cleaning and booking fee”(not including linens) on top of what was already an expensive per night accommodation. Just expected a bit more! "The property itself is great. The management and lack of communication was terrible. I was on the phone for an hour the day of check in trying to figure out how to get into the property as I was arriving late and couldn’t get an answer. Eventually I spoke to a lovely man who figured out that my mobile number on record was incorrect. "Our room was one of the best , felt like I was in bali, neat tidy décor was beautiful and night was peaceful .. 2 minute drive to kings cliff for lunches , break fast and must say the restaurant in the resort was exceptionally amazing.. POOL was very clean and crystal clear Will come back again next January.. if not sooner LOVELY RESORT .... "

"After never receiving a check in code we made it inside to find the floor and some table tops filthy. Old greasy couches that I didn’t wish to sit on. We have requested a refund on our cleaning fee and waiting to see if they honour that request."
