"Staff (Day & nite shift) very accomodating, friendly and they even deliver what you need even at night. Our Experience was very pleasant, good, I gave them 5 stars for the Breakfast..Still the usual American Breakfast. The Parking was best, and very secure..we went there to visit my son who is in the MCGAA military base and the Hotel was very near to the best Entrance (East) going to visit Josua Tree Nat'l Park.. we booked 2 rooms, one with kitchen. we end up going home on Memorial Day 2025. I will definitely booked with Sure Stay Plus by Western twentynine Palms for another visit. hopefully by August..my review/opinion was our group experience and others will not be the same."

"Ash, the manager (owner?) was so friendly and accommodating. Very 60’s vibe, old fashion motels reminded me of my childhood. The room was very clean, simple decor (liked the wall colors) compatible with bed linens (loved the breathable quilt bedspread) and the beds were comfortable. Great pricing for the area as well. Table and chairs outside each room to drink a glass of your own wine and taking in the views. "

"Everything was great except the pillows. Bring your own or be okay with mildew smell all night. Clean your remote with alcohol, it's gross too. They do have full size refrigerators and the hotel is located next to a grocery store which is super convenient."
