"Although our room was very small, it worked for us for the 8 nights of our stay. We are grateful to the staff who immediately took care of the few requests we made ( wash cloths, ice, and extra towels). Since the room was so small we would have benefitted from having 1-2 hooks to hang towels and a soap dish in the shower. We also let them know the shower clogged after 1-2 minutes in the shower."

"I had an opportunity to stay at this hotel for a few times. And I cant be more than happy. The staff is very helpful and welcoming! Always ready to help you. The room was also comfortable and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again, thank you so much!"

"My room 101 was recently renovated ,but it was small . They are doing renovations and the scaffolding is still on the outside of the building, but is now been taking down after 4 months . The breakfast was full English breakfast at a cost of £11.95. The staff was exceptional. Would stay there again."

"Love this hotel and the staff is very friendly. It’s a little bit of a tough place to stay when there is a heatwave (no air con) but we LOVE the location (next to the park which has a fountain for kids to run in, a football pitch and the tube station). We will be back."

"Only one reason I have given it a 1 * is the fact that the property doesn't have Aircon! I have stayed there during the heat wave for 3 days in June and it was deadly! Almost all hotels on the street have AC and it is a bare necessity these days. Although 2fans are given but in a very small room surrounded by other buildings, it was unbearable. They charge quite a hefty fee and therefore, there should be no justification why the tavellers have to bear with this.
