"Welcoming staff with large, well stocked condo-style rooms. We had a small hiccup in our room that was remedied immediately by the maintenance staff. The hotel is pet-friendly which was our primary draw; however we ran into numerous guests with the unleashed dogs in the common areas. When we notified staff, no one seemed to care, despite the waiver guests with pets have to sign acknowledging keeping your pets leashed at all times. Not sure what it’s for if they’re not going to enforce it."

"A great long weekend stay at Walnut Beach! The staff were all so friendly, the pool and hot tub areas clean and beautiful. We loved sitting at the sandy beach too! This was a first time stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you Walnut Beach Team"

"The room had so much space and everything we needed for our trip! (Fridge, stove, kitchen utensils, etc) The manager or owner Harry is awesome! We locked our key in our room around 8pm and he was there to help within 5 minutes! The location is right on the beach, short walk to rattlesnake canyon, and quick drive to shoppers, save-on foods, and multiple places to eat made! I loved it, and my teenagers loved it. We already booked for next summer!"

"This was a very nice unit and we really enjoyed the entire complex. Would definitely consider coming back. A small negative is that the listing did not list an extra charge for the use of the golf cart."
