"We returned to Catalina and Hamilton Cove after 15 years. The Villa was as we remembered it. It also has a major challenge as it is 76 steps up and 76 steps down. If you go in and out twice a day that is over 300 steps. This probably mentioned especially if you have difficulty with steps. The villa has multiple tv access but no instructions on how to use. Villa and Catalina were good memories, steps not so much."
