"Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen was complete with all necessities, even spices, oil, and all cooking tools. We enjoyed the rain shower head. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the river, a park, a bike trail, and Starbucks. We all used the 2 bikes that the hosts had there for guests. It was also nice to be only 10 minutes from the Colorado National Monument. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating. We'll be back!"

"It was perfect! The first night I slept like 13 hours straight! I used it as a base camp to bounce between Moab and Colorado. It was chef's kiss! It was ideal for both the dogs and me, offering a peaceful and secure environment, complete with a fenced-in yard. Clean, etc. The only downer was the shower water pressure! It was so weak, lol, but small eggs in comparison to price, location, accessibility, etc. "

"Very enjoyable stay overall. The property is nicely furnished and composed of comfortable spaces. Bunk bed room with a TV was a novelty for my daughter. Each room has its own television and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and family friendly. The view from the balcony was enjoyable and the location provided plenty of close by entertainment. Communication with the host was timely and pleasant. Check in and check out instructions were clear and the digital guidebook was convenient and informative. We would be happy to stay again in the future. "
