"Very cute house in an amazing location. Convenient location to everything in Grand Junction. It was a perfect and walkable location to see my son who goes to school at Colorado Mesa University. Backyard area was nice to drink coffee in the morning and relax outside at night. We had an issue (our fault, not the owner’s) and the owner was so helpful, nice and responsive. Check in was super easy! We had a wonderful stay here! "

"Visited GJ and our daughter who lives locally. The home was clean and comfy and in close proximity to our daughter. Walking distance to downtown and a lovely local coffee shop. Hikes in the Mesas, bikes, and visited the mountains to take in the colorful trees. "

"The property was just as listed. We loved the proximity to the college, the football stadium, and the Hobby shop. It was all within walking distance. It was very clean and there were plenty of fresh towels. We even had a handwritten welcome note which was a wonderful welcome!!"

"Great place to stay for a group during the Tour De Vineyards. Our group rides the Tour in Palisade or Tour of the Moon in Grand Junction nearly every year. This was a nice location, plenty of bedrooms, spacious living rooms and terrific backyard for gatherings at dinner. It has two full bathrooms, so sharing was fine for the weekend. Might've been tight for a longer period of time. Large, green walking park a block away which is also a cool bonus for strolling after dinner. "
