"Wonderful property, very clean, very nicely stocked with anything we could need to get started. A lovely welcome basket with some treats and local information waiting for us! Outside fenced area was perfect for our doggo, she loved being outside with us since she is and apartment pet.Had a small issue with a rug, but reached out and was answered right away so that was great. Small issue with finding the property, and that was it is a very new neighborhood and Google maps couldn't find the street and that is not on the owner. We took our time and drove the neighborhood, it was well worth the search after we found the house! Would absolutely stay there again when in the area! "

"Perfectly located for activities downtown in Grand Junction. we went to a concert at las colonias Park, and although it’s a ways, it was walkable. It’s very walkable to all the restaurants downtown."
