"This is a very cozy and comfortable house. The host was very responsive and kind, we had everything we needed. Very dog friendly. The house is not in an upscale area of Grand Junction, that is only negative comment. We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and peaceful and I would recommend this house if visiting Grand Junction. "

"property wasn’t quite what i was expecting the listing stated that it was remodeled which i found to be inaccurate at the very least also wasn’t as close to the river as i initially thought i’m a bigger guy and found the restroom to be too small for me to move in luckily there were showers and facilities available just a small walk or drive to get to them i only stayed one night and slept half of it in the car "
