"We had an excellent time. The condo was comfortable we had an amazing view, the water was hot and pressure was amazing, the floors could have used a good cleaning and I would strong suggest leaving the guests a broom considering we are right there on the beach and sand gets tracked in (i like to clean up after myself) Other than that everything else was absolutely PERFECT. If i were to ever return to Tybee. Lighthouse point would be the only place id consider staying."

"I felt this was an excellent place for the 12 of us... the beach wasn't crowded due to it being somewhat private. This house also has a private pool,a few of our group don't care for the beach...so very nice .A few minor things we messaged to the owner and he was right on it. Very friendly owner. He was greatful for the info so it could be addressed. "

"Perfect for our family of 3. I spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the dolphins. We saw so many dolphins and ships. We enjoyed the short walk to the private beach entrance, which made it easy for us to visit the beach everyday while we were there. I highly recommend staying here if, especially if you want something a bit more quiet than the south end of the island. "
"This condo is beautiful! Everything you could possibly need during your stay is available. The view from the deck makes up for the steps to the 3rd floor. The only downside was the walk through the dunes to the beach. We had a loaded beach wagon to stay out all day and it was very hard to pull. Besides that it was a fantastic stay."

"We stayed for 6 nights. The condo was very nice and well kept. The view from the balcony was beautiful but I would not say it was completely unobstructed. To the left and straight ahead there were trees that could not be seen over when sitting down. However, standing and to the left were stunning views and daily dolphin sightings. We would definitely come back. "
"The condo was very clean and cute. The location was great. Nice beach area and pool. The condo seemed a bit small, but we were passing through on an almost two-week trip and had a lot of stuff. We made it work and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only complaint would be the bed. While we slept well, the mattress seemed to sag and there was very little room between the bed and one wall. It was a short walk to Huckapoo’s, a very casual bar & restaurant full of very nice locals. We would definitely stay here again. "
