"The staffs are nice and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. The shower assembly in our both rooms were a bit broken. Overall we are happy with the hotel."

"The reason I gave low stars is because it’s so far out from everything which is fine but I went during winter months and everything at there resort was closed. No bar, no restaurant, why? Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean people stop eating and drinking. I went for work and only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t a big deal but as I said it’s not exactly convenient to restaurants n such so I ended up ordering takeout. It was a very nice condo though. Perhaps it would be great in the summer "

"Parking was private and super easy. Room 6 was large, spacious and very nicely accommodating. Shower was larger than expected with excellent water pressure. Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay."

"Our first time to Beaufort and we stayed at the City Loft Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and convenient access to our room. The location is spot on if you want to walk the sites of downtown. We'll definitely make this a top stay for us next visit"

"We enjoyed our stay. We loved the ocean theme at the apartment. Very clean rooms. Kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool, parents enjoyed hot tub and sauna especially on rainy days. They have indoor and outdoor pools. We liked walking on the boardwalk to the beach. We highly recommend this place and would love to return there again. "

"We stayed, in a luxury condo unit last week. Overall had a positive experience. The location in general is great! Very close to restaurants, shopping, and things to do. The beach/boardwalk access is a HUGE plus. I would expect this property to be even better during peak season! Outdoor pool areas and the sun deck are all well kept and in good shape. The walking paths around the property are great as well. The condo kitchen had everything we needed, which made the stay so much easier. The staff...

"Front desk did not answer the phone. Pillows thrown at the bottom of the bed- no pillow cases on them. A pair of socks had been left on a shelf. Shampoo and lotion pumps almost empty. No hot water- barely warm in the shower. Of the 3 front desk employees we had contact with, only one was pleasant. Need to get their act together."

"This hotel is modern and up to date. The staff is nice and very helpful. The spa and workout rooms are on sight and easy to find and use. The pool was beautiful and there was plenty of seating for all the guests. The beach was clean and a lifeguard was on duty most of the day. There were plenty of rentable umbrellas and seating available through the lifeguard. We had a room with an ocean view and it was amazing. "

Was disappointing to find out the town was doing work on the beach.So it was non accessible, you could access it through a shuttle to an open beach.But did not wanna do that, miss being able just to walk out on the beach. The property is great, so when the town finishes the beach, it will be excellent!"

"What looked like a great start because we were allowed an early check in, turned upside down when the room assigned had out of order air condition and fridge. Instead of being transfered to another room, a technician was sent to reset both equipments but after one hour they were still not working. We called several times without nobody picking up at front desk. We came down to be assigned a new room but front desk didn't offered any concerned apology or compensation, must likely the lady looked...
