"The location is excellent for viewing and walking the river walk. There are a number of wonderful areas to sit and view the river. Christian was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. The value was also good for what the hotel offers. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel."

"The resort is beautiful. It’s on the ocean with one adult pool and a family/children’s pool. We ate at the main restaurant twice and it was probably a seven out of 10. Very nice weight staff though. The pool bar actually had excellent food in a beautiful setting. The access to the beach was very good and very scenic. Unfortunately, we had problems every day with our room key being demagnetized, and after three days, I asked to be switched to a different room which they did, and gave us a nicer view, but it wasn’t clean. The bathroom tub had someone else’s hair in it, and the water wouldn’t go down in the tub. Maintenance came up the next morning and snaked the tub, only to throw the mess into the toilet and not even flush it. It was disgusting. Then for the rest of the week, our sink in the bathroom was clogged, obviously from all the hair that was flushed down the toilet. Our phone from day one had a red message light that blinked constantly. We asked the front desk to help and they sent up a man who said he couldn’t get the red light off. He didn’t know how and that the phones don’t work because they were supposed to be upgraded soon. Then we had to get a separate man upstairs to reset our safe that didn’t work. The maids did clean the sheets and do the towels, fine, but any extra cleaning on floor ceilings or rugs wasn’t seen. I feel like it was off-season and perhaps short staffed. Cleanliness, low rating, resort itself, beautiful."

"Everything about this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Precious at the front desk was great, very attentive and welcoming. A shout out to the valet guys as well, very friendly. Roof top bar is absolutely beautiful and a must right around sunset. They welcome you with a glass of champagne which is a nice welcome after a long day of traveling. Amazing place, will definitely stay here next time."

"The beach was spectacular! Walk right from your room! But also the pool was lovely, spent so much time there. No need to leave the resort, everything we needed. Al’s had the best iced coffee we have ever had, The Porch makes a divine breakfast, we will remember the biscuits for the rest of our lives! The staff is so kind and helpful. Above and beyond in every single interaction! We felt welcomed and appreciated. We did not want to leave! But we will be back!"
