"Uncomfortable room. No clothing storage. Bed was low and night stand only on one side. Air heating and cooling not functioning properly. Phone call for service answered by AI then transferred to phone that no one answers. Check in took about an hour and desk agent was unfriendly. Only 1 office chair to sit on in the room. Very LOW END experience "

"The hotel was full, so parkibg was hard to find. There was trash everywhere - food trash in the halls, by the elevators, etc. The hallways smelled like marijuana and we had issues with the hot water in our room - and the front desk response was that they would send maintenance in half an hour or more. Overall, not at all what I am used to for this hotel chain. "

"Staff was incredible!!! Tub didn’t drain & no body wash in room. Pool wasn’t open, which was a big letdown "

"We never even entered the property, we were greeted by multiple groups of gangs and homeless people right in front and around property. It was not safe. A man was literally walking infront of the property with a stolen ac unit. Texted the host, no refund offered bc we didnt "enter" the house. We had young girls on this trip and it was not a safe environment, not even to exit the vehicle. The pics of the listing is very deceiving. We had to rent a hotel at the last minute bc we drove 3.5 hrs for this trip! We were literally in the hood! Awful experience. "

"Room wasn’t totally clean when I checked in. The place isn’t in the best neighborhood and is slightly dark and creepy. Check in process was a little confusing. I probably won’t stay there again if I’m in the area, but I didn’t have any real problems per se."
