"We enjoyed our stay immensely. We really like the property and amenities. The manager’s reception was great! We are totally a fan. We normally book at Embassy Suites which offer similar amenities but we will consider this property the next time we need accommodations. "

"Great hotel near the airport. The pool was a hit with my children, only concern I have was the room wasn’t clean very well. The towels were stained and the sinks/tubs had a lot of debris in it. "

"I was never able to step foot on the property due to my flight being canceled. I reached out to the front desk when I realized I wouldn't make it to Atlanta. Chez advised me that they could check me out 03/09/2026 and that I wouldn't be charged for the 2nd night. Yet another rep Jada popped into the same chat and said the room would be checked out tomorrow 3/10/2026. It's just bad customer service added on top of an already bad situation. I was stuck in Orlando for 2 days before my flight to Atlanta was canceled and when I finally get a flight back home to Wisconsin my luggage was still on the plane to Atlanta! This hotel mishap was the icing on the cake. I will never book with them or recommend them to anyone."
