"Very nice hotel! This hotel is very well maintained and staffs are amazing! I highly recommend. This hotel is in a good location very close the old Chania. So we walked to the old Chania from the hotel. We had a rental car and they had a parking lot for hotel guests with extra charge so it was super convenient for us. We also had breakfast buffet every morning. Oh My goodness. It was one of my favorite breakfast buffets! They use fresh and high quality ingredients from Crete local farms. And it was very tasty. We enjoyed it lots! "

"The breakfast buffet had high quality options. Smoked fresh pork, eggs served as preferred, many freshly made pastries, spinach or mushroom pies, several types of yogurts, many selections of cheeses, espresso or cappuccinos, freshly made breads, fruits, homemade pies, brownies, salad, cereals, teas, nuts, nut butters and more! The staff are so friendly and helpful. When I arrived my wallet had been stolen. The front desk was immensely helpful and supportive. The ocean view was magnificent! Sliding glass doors. Spacious room. Lovely large balcony with table and chair. Good shower. Large closet and storage area. Good maid service. Very clean. "

"We couldn’t have dreamed of a better location and view from our balcony! This is close to many restaurants and shops. Yannis at the reception desk was very welcoming and helpful. This is old but wonderful. If you are expecting something perfect and new do not stay here. If you’d like something authentic, close to everything in the Old Port and with a breathtaking view of the lighthouse and harbor, this is your place. Make sure you specify room with a balcony. Highly recommend Nostos Hotel!❤️"

"Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated well. So true. The reservations they made yielded incredible service and generous extras. Breakfast was wonderful and served in the beautiful courtyard. The biggest challenge was noisy neighbors but the windows were soundproof so we slept well. "
