"Not enough lifts for hotel capacity Check in not very efficient. Have stayed at this hotel several times but this has now changed names and been rebranded and taken over by a different company. Intent checking desk to be told to go to self check in. I had to ask for help which the staff did help but wasn’t very clear No yes or coffeee facilities on the room Check out has changed and is now 10am. Can stay longer but have to pay extortionate amounts. Seems tk be taking the easy let style low budget packages except this hotel isn’t low budget! On checkout the staff were not helpful"

"Very convenient whilst my wife was in hospital opposite. I was able to work in my room easily which was a bonus"

"Between a 3 and 4, had a room without a window which was the size of the bed and not much more, but helpful staff and asked for quiet and it was. Shower etc all fine. Only real criticism was that the bedding and duvet etc were all polyester and not great quality."

"Lovely place to stay. Central, close to the train stations, quiet street, nice staff. The single patio room I booked was perfect. It was small but had everything I needed, including a table and chairs outside where I drank my coffee in the morning, listening to the birds singing. It was very clean despite being a little bit dated. The small double bed was comfy even although I could feel some of the springs and it rolled to one side. I had a good sleep and the building was quiet. I would definitely stay there again. "

"A less than five star for this stay as I had a silly runaround to get a receipt for my stay and the wrong card was charged. When you book ‘pay at property’, beware because what this actually means is that they charge the card used to guarantee the room automatically, on the day of arrival, so you do not have the opportunity to pay at the property with a different card if you chose to do so, nor to arrange an emailed invoice. Should be a much simpler process and less hassle for guests. It’s slightly putting me off staying again, to be honest."

"Property was clean staff was friendly. Included breakfast was very good, but staff seemed a little inefficient in running morning service. Started at 7am, coffee machine wasnt cleaned yet. But otherwise ok. Tub in room was very high and narrow, was a bit difficult climbing in and out of. Small but comfortable rooms."
