"Excellent buffet breakfast selection, hot food was always hot and fresh. Room was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful particularly with one of our group who is blind."

"Upon arrival we found out that the restaurant was closed and that we would have to request a refund after our stay. First day everything worked in the room but the second day the AC stopped working and the room got swelteringly hot, windows did not open so we tried to get the AC working, staff came to check on it and said “we reset it, it will be working again in 15-20 minutes”. SURPRISE!!! It didn’t, third day same process nothing worked. On the fourth day a young employee from the front desk came up and in 5 minutes he had the AC working. More importantly, he stayed there to confirm it was actually cooling before leaving."

"The check in personnel were not very friendly. No smiles or welcomes. Just going through the motions. Bathroom was so tiny a large person would find it impossible to sit on the toilet or shower without major constraints. Room was clean"
