"The queen delux studio for 4 is only good for 4 if you are a couple with very small children. There’s no room for 4 full grown people plus luggage in these tiny rooms. The photos on Expedia give views of different rooms which is confusing. It’s one queen bed, one small uncomfortable sofa bed with very little clearance all round for luggage and , well for people. The sofa bed had no view of the small pull out tv, so this was really just a cramped crash pad for the night and is the lowest priced room at the hotel for good reason. We paid $324 for one night in march. , The hotel however is very nice and clean, the location is great, close to theaters, walking to covent garden. If you are a family traveling peak season I would go a couple tube stops further out to get better value unless you have cash to burn. "

"Ok value for money. Clean rooms if a bit dated. Staff friendly. The air con kept on making strange noises all night despite being turned off. Doors slammed, you’d expect soft close mechanisms in 2026. Green emergency light was too bright, lighting whole room when lights were off, so I had to cover it with post it notes. "

"The breakfast was very nice with a huge selection of choices. The staff were very accommodating. Our room was very clean however it was noticed the next day that the windows were open. I would say that the staff should be checking that out along with cleaning. All and all we had a great stay. The tub should have the bath mat already in place as it can be very slippery. Thank you for a great stay"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the British Museum and very well connected to the Underground, which made getting around London incredibly easy. The room is compact and minimal in size for two people, but everything you need is cleverly fitted into the space. The layout feels almost engineered with millimetric precision! Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and great quality, and the staff at reception were exceptionally kind and welcoming. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but they immediately solved it by changing our room without any hassle. A special thank you to Podja for her care and attention throughout our stay — she truly made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!"

"The shower would regularly cut out whilst using it. Whilst my wife got ready, I used the bathroom across the hallway; although I locked the door, it turns out that this doesn’t actually lock the door, so another guest walked in on me. Being able to shower and not having other guests accidentally intrude upon me in the bathroom are basic expectations of a stay in any hotel. The hotel didn't even respond when I messaged them about this."
