The room was very nice and the property was beautiful. I needed to run some errands the next day and they were able to store my luggage until it was time for me to catch my next train. Breakfast was wonderful as well and I only did the Continental version. The food was great and the staff very helpful.

Brilliant Stay

From the moment we arrived the service was very good throughout our stay. Staff are very helpful and very professional and our room was immaculate. Breakfast was also very good so should I visit London again then I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.

Literally 5 mi walk from Great Portland st tube, and 10 mins from Oxford Circus, really good location, plenty food putlets if you dont want to eat in hotel. Comfortable beds, well stocked bathroom, really good location for London sights.

The hotel was nice and my room was a good size and very clean. The woman on the front desk when I checked in was so disinterested, barely even looked up at me. I didn’t like that when I came back after the theatre I had to buzz the intercom to get back in. There was no mini fridge in the room which was disappointing but the bed was comfy and I got a good nights sleep

My daughter recommended this hotel after visiting with her family. We decided to book here too and were not disappointed. The location was perfect! Close to the train station and to major areas of London. The staff were outstanding and very welcoming. We had the breakfast and the food was delicious and fresh.
