"We were told we could have a nice upgrade for $200 with a nice view. Our room had a view of the train and nothing else. It was very disappointing and we felt swindled. I would not stay at your hotel again. The staff were not overly pleasant either. "

It was just the little things that was missing like hand towels (only one dressing grown) no bin liner and no sugar for tea and coffee so just the little things were missing. "Wonderful location with just a couple minute walk to Russell Square Station (Picadilly Line). The room was clean and a decent size for London. Breakfast buffet was delicious and good value. Just be careful with the shower flooding because the water pressure was too much to handle all at once for the drain. There is luggage storage which is great but was annoyed that I had to take out and toss my sealed water bottle I just bought out of my backpack pocket in order to store."

"We loved our stay! It was my family's first visit to London, so I wanted somewhere centrally located but near the Eurostar train station. I loved the room layout with the sofa bed separated from the King bed so parents could have some space away from kids. The staff were very friendly, and the restaurant downstairs was lovely. I would absolutely stay here again! "
