We loved the George! The room was nicely appointed albeit small. We had a 5 person room and it was tight. The view out of our window was lovely and we enjoyed the location. Close enough to the trains, West End shows, and the British Museum!

One of the mugs in our room was dirty and they had the window open, but there seem to be some pigeons nesting outside the window, which was a little worrisome as I was expecting a pigeon to fly at any moment. The place to close the window were too high up for me to reach so I had to risk a pigeon infestation for my stay. Other than that truly the room was nice. A good size and the staff was very kind. The street was and there were plenty of great places to eat nearby. The tube station was close and it was honestly incredibly convenient.

I’ve been here before. It’s a good inexpensive clean place. My only complaint is that without AC one needs to have the window open but staff and I’m assuming guests will sit under the window and smoke

I thought that this was a very fair hotel for the price and in an excellent location. It was close to the Saint Prancras train station as well as many, really nice restaurants, coffee shops, and museums. I stayed in a single room and it was perfectly appropriate for the two days that I was there. I didn’t find it to be very loud, even though I was just above the sidewalk level. The staff was effective and helpful when I needed something and my check-in was pretty straightforward. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in London.
