"We stayed on a busy night with a concert and other events in town. They were not equipped to deal with the crowd. The valet was backed up into the street and we tried self park, but it was shut down. It took us almost an hour to get parked. The next morning, the Starbucks line was 30 deep and the valet took 40+ minutes to get our car. The hotel is very nice and we have stayed here before with no issue, it just seems they are not well equipped to handle a big crowd."

"BEWARE!! The parking on the lower level was not only sketchy and nasty it had a substance leaking from ceiling. But this morning once we get home the vehicle has milking drip/runs all over it. They will not was off!! The car is only a week old, brand new 2026! Im thinking oxidized water or a watered down paint of some sort. Have to call my dealership to see if my warranty covers this. We did mention the state of the parking area but was just told it was old. "

"Clean room, hospitable staff, walking distance for major concerts. The only issue we experienced was the shower leaked and we had wet bathroom floors that wouldn’t dry. "
