The centralized location brought us to the hotel, the experience we had will bring us back."

The pool was murky and dirty despite being full of chlorine. My deadbolt didn't work and I didn't feel like bothering them again. Parking valet was great! We left after only one night. "

"Our air conditioning was out when we stayed and all they had to help was a fan. The staff was very nice and friendly about the situation, but it was unacceptable that they did not offer us a reduced rate for our 82 degree room we had to sleep in! I think they should do a better job checking to make sure their AC works before booking rooms. The cleaning staff told us this is a recurring complaint at this hotel. Loved the view, but it's not worth sweating all night and having a hard time sleeping! "
