"Everything was good!"

"The room smelled strongly of smoke. Which was known before we arrived as there was a air filtration machine in th room. Due health reasons this was a problem but, w were unable to change rooms until last night of stay. Later offered a room with 1 bed and roll outs for 5 ppl. Offered equivalent room for final night but with me already treating the room odors and just a few hours left in the stay there was no point of moving rooms. Also, we were not aware that fitness center and laundry were not available prior to booking, due to hotel renovations. Not to mention the shallow pool and lack of towels. Assistant GM (who made an effort to make our stay better) and most of hotel staff very nice, but was put off by the experience overall. "

"The room was clean and well kept, staff was great and the pool and hot tub were great with the kids. They did have a gym that looked like a nice hotel gym as well. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel that was free as well. Location was great as well. Highly recommend. "

"The property & rooms were clean, staff friendly. Having restraunts and coffee shop were perfect. I stayed by myself, traveling from the other side of the country. I had everything I needed with out having to leave the hotel. Travelled to attend a tournament at the convention center. Which was a walk away"

"The location was great for us, we had an event at the convention center and the skywalks were perfect! Nice hotel, clean rooms and overall. Huge gym! "

"From the moment you arrive and look at the very cool structure that this old Cole bottling plant was and how it’s been transformed to a very cool and beautiful hotel. The entire staff was kind and attentive. The lobby has a pool table that seems to be used quite a lot by guests. There is nice bar next to the lobby that offers great cocktails. We were on the 2nd floor of a 4 floor building with the widest and longest corridors that are beautifully designed with cool discoveries every 10ft. The rooms are really big with huge windows, a seating area, great local snacks, a nice bed with great sheets, and decor that is original and fits the vintage Industrial vibe. It’s the best place to call him when in Indianapolis and it’s an a trendy neighborhood with a food hall across the street that has awesome options, restaurants, coffee shops, and so much more. We loved it and we will be back!"
