"素泊まりで安くと割り切る方なら、コスパ的に安く良いホテルです。フロントの従業員さんの対応も好印象です。ただ、ホテルの建物設備は古く、最上階の部屋を利用したのですが、雨漏りの応急処置処置で天井中雨漏りシートが貼られているのは、最初大丈夫かなと思いました。それでも部屋自体は家族４人やったら過ごせる位広くて、結果的に快適にすごせました。"

"ビジネスホテル代わり、のつもりで利用しましたが、 風呂・トイレが別だったり、台所があったり、と 1人の宿泊にはもったいないくらいのお部屋でした。 大学の向かい、という場所なので、下宿兼用なのかもしれませんが、隣の部屋がうるさい、ということもなく、 快適でした。 食堂・コインランドリーも併設されているので、1週間・1ヶ月くらいの連泊にはもってこいだと思います。また機会があったら利用したいと思います。"

"北見駅から少し歩きますが繁華街の近くなので立地は良かったです。施設は少し古めですがベッドが広く快適に過ごせました。 朝食サービスや夜のお茶漬けサービス、ペットボトルのお水も暑い時期なのでありがたかったです。 またのご縁がありましたらよろしくお願いします。 "
