However, it must be mentioned somewhere in the hotel description that there are rooms not suitable for old people or people with disabilities as our, although very nice, had lot of stairs to reach. We personally had no bad experience, the staff was very welcoming and made our stay a memorable one. The hotel is strongly recommended for a stay in Ubud."

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was INCREDIBLE! This was the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in, not just because of the beautiful villa in the jungle with its own room, but because of the amazing people who work here (especially Ade at the front desk). Every time we walked in, they knew us by name, and were so kind to us! They even remembered I was a vegetarian every morning at breakfast. The room was beautiful, we loved the included breakfast, and the afternoon tea time, and we were so sad to leave! Would recommend this to everyone, and would definitely stay here if we ever came back!"

"This hotel has a restaurant inside which makes it convenient after a long tour to sit down and eat dinner. Staff and food were amazing and friendly. They provide free breakfast if staying at the hotel and I ate their famous avocado toast during my stay here. I would recommend this place if staying in Ubud."
