"Nice room, but had a bathtub with overhead shower and no shower curtain. Room was OK, but not like the advertised photo. Water leaked along the floor during heavy rain. Grounds were beautiful and well kept. Pool, retayrant and staff were very good. "

"Our stay at The Lokha Ubud Resort & Spa was nothing short of magical. We stayed in a valley view room and waking up to the peaceful sounds of the river flowing below was incredibly serene. The setting is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by lush greenery and nature, it felt like a true escape. The staff were exceptional — warm, attentive, and always smiling. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious each morning, with plenty of options to enjoy. The complimentary shuttle service into central Ubud made exploring very easy, and we found ourselves visiting the Ubud markets frequently. Returning to the calm of the resort after busy market visits was the perfect balance. The spa experiences in Ubud were unforgettable, and The Lokha provided a peaceful and comfortable base for everything we wanted to do. An absolutely fantastic stay — we would return in a heartbeat."

"We had a lovely stay at Swahita! Firstly the staff are fantastic, so polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with a spacious bathroom and large balcony. If I had to suggest an improvement then I would suggest better WiFi (it was slow and sometimes disconnects) and although there was nearby construction, it wasn’t too loud or early and there’s nothing they can do about that. We would happily stay here again!"

"We were very disappointed with our stay. The first room did not match the description, which stated it would have one king bed; instead, two twin beds were pushed together. When we raised this concern, the staff were friendly and moved us to another room. Unfortunately, in the second room we were shocked to find feces stuck on the outside of the toilet bowl, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. After complaining again, we were moved to a third room, only to discover that the air conditioning was not working. Although the staff promptly cleaned the bathroom and were polite throughout, by that point the situation had completely ruined our overall experience."
