It is a "belle époque" hotel in a spa with nice sea view from the balcony. The parks are across the street, promenade along the sea is nearby. The whole facility is renovated and well kept, the cafes and restaurants in working distance. The only remark - the breakfast could be improved.

Gorgeous place, friendly staff, clean, and great food and breakfast! Excellent spa and gym. View is spectacular. I loved it all and would highly recommend.

Excellent location, the hotel provides one of the best breakfast we had in Europe - champagne also included - with a huge variety that satisfies everyone.

This was an excellent place to stay in Opatija, right on the water with easy access to swim in the sea, but also with an indoor pool (opening glass ceiling for nice weather) for gloomy days. Easy access to walking through town and restaurants. Amazing breakfast buffet with a variety of foods, very service oriented staff along with a prosecco greeting at check in. Rooms we updated and clean. Can't recommend enough.

An unbelievable Gem of a hotel! Your room is literally right on the water! We enjoyed hearing the waves as we fell asleep. Free surface parking and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

A wonderful stay in one of Opatija’s most charming historic villas. The Belle Époque architecture gives the hotel a unique elegance, and its location next to St. Jacob’s Church and park, just steps from the Lungomare, is simply perfect. Love this hotel. Charming, small, great location walking up to Old Town. Had dinner in their restaurant and meal delicious. Also breakfast is included and they will make whatever you’d like.
