"Great location in arrivals Gatwick North Terminal. Can't be closer or easier to find. Room was nice; comfortable beds, complimentary coffees and tea. Bathroom spotless. Staff friendly and helpful! We couldn't ask for anything more. "

"The room was very clean and although it faced a courtyard so the view was not great, it didn't put us off. The seagulls were friendly, tapping on the window! We got the train and it was right next to the station so was perfect location. We didn't have breakfast there. Staff were very friendly and offered to look after our bags on the last day, which really helped! Would definitely recommend. "

"Lobby and rooms: very good. Minus lack of coffee machine in the bedroom though, surprising for a Sofitel. But they provide free bottles of water in the bedroom. Elevators are so-so but nothing risky. The club sandwich at The Terrace restaurant : avoid. "
