"I woke to hear someone coming into my room at 2300hrs approximately. I raised the issue with front desk in the morning and was informed it happens sometimes. A 'glitch' in the digital card issuing system. To me it was more than a glitch, it was potentially very unsafe. I was told I would hear from someone about this but so far no communication."
