Schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war reibungslos, die E-Mails wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet, und auch die Übergabe hat perfekt funktioniert.Besonders angenehm ist, dass jedes Doppelzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt. "Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!"
