"I booked a room and already paid. But when I arrive the hotel they said they don’t have any available room. The payment hasn’t returned yet. And because of this unexpected situation I was in trouble to get another accommodation."

"we stayed here because we were participating in the Kili marathon. the hotel was extremely conveniently located, less than 5 mins walk from the stadium. Paschal in particular was so helpful, communicating with me in advance of our arrival to make sure we had everything we need. the one problem we had was that dinner was quite slow, this was because they were busy due to the marathon the next day. Paschal and his team were very apologetic about it and offered us complimentary drinks. we declined but he did also arrange for us to have a later check out after the marathon at no extra cost. we will definitely stay at B&B Hotel next time we are running the Kilimanjaro Marathon! Thanks so much to Paschal and all the team!"

"Das ganze Hotel ist vernachlässigt........., unglaublich, dass wir für ein Einzelzimmer über 80Euro zahlen mußten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, aber brauchen Renovierung, besonders die Bäder....... Prima ist die Lage, man kann vieles in der Stadt zu Fuß erledigen oder aber ein TucTuc nutzen. Das Personal war freundlich, aber alles super langsam......."
