"Room had unpleasant odour, the toilet area in particular smelt unclean. The photos are misleading, room overall felt run down and unclean. The air conditioning is managed via centralised control and fixed at heating, Busan has been very warm so I got little sleep with no cooling. The rooms are not sound proof - I could hear people in neighbouring rooms watching movies, showering, coming and going. This is a particular problem seeing as I was on level 6, and on level 5 is a bowling club open til 4am… Overall really unpleasant and I couldn’t wait to check out. "

"My time at the Lotte Hotel Busan was outstanding. They were able to provide great service all around. They were very accommodating and helpful when our air conditioning in our room was not working. Definitely will be back! "

"Unfortunately, the name of this hotel is spelled incorrectly on Expedia. Once I arrived, it took four different taxi drivers to find the hotel. When they would look it up, it would not show up on their map. And Google maps does not work in Korea. The actual name is ALLZIB ARCHIVE 4H. "

"Rooms had not been cleaned in a very long time, we requested that our room be cleaned and they assured us it was, but only the towels had just been folded into a basket, not even vacuumed. The plastic sheeting covering the mattress had turned hard and was crumbling into sharp jagged pieces. Black mould in the bathroom. We had to change rooms, but the second room was not much better. The staff at the front desk were at least friendly."

"Had a wonderful stay. Friendly staff, quiet and well-kept room, and the location is ideal for a quick hop onto the subway. Admission to the spa/sauna daily was a huge bonus. There’s also a cute coffee shop connected to the hotel that serves sandwiches and smoothies. I needed alternative milk options because I am dairy-free and they were able to accommodate with oat milk. That’s another plus for those in need of substitution. This was my first time checking out a different area and hotel than where I normally stay in Busan. I will certainly be back. "
