"Pros: location is in Seomyeon no lack of food choices all around the hotel. There’s cafe and convenience store right at level 1. Clean and spacious, TV is smart and comes with Netflix, Youtube, Disney Plus app etc. Cons: centralized aircon system = need to open window for ventilation. However the design of windows in bathroom means it is very cold when you head to showers. Also, there’s a lot of nightlife activities way into the early morning 3-4am so opening window also means you need to be prepared for the noise coming from the street. I suppose if you stay at this hotel in the summer where AC is self-controlled it will be a 5-star stay."

"Had a wonderful stay. Friendly staff, quiet and well-kept room, and the location is ideal for a quick hop onto the subway. Admission to the spa/sauna daily was a huge bonus. There’s also a cute coffee shop connected to the hotel that serves sandwiches and smoothies. I needed alternative milk options because I am dairy-free and they were able to accommodate with oat milk. That’s another plus for those in need of substitution. This was my first time checking out a different area and hotel than where I normally stay in Busan. I will certainly be back. "

Parking was also very easy and convenient, which made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back! "

"We have a great stay, there is hot water / cold water dispenser, green tea . They also have Japanese pj option. There is smoking area behind and also washer and dryer. The room is clean, the only con the breakfast area is too small, and if come late there is no more replenishment of congee. Overall great place to stay."

"I had a disappointing experience during my one-night stay at this hotel. The hallway lighting was quite dim, which made the area feel unwelcoming. When I arrived, the bathroom floor was wet, and there was a noticeable smell, possibly coming from the toilet. I also saw what appeared to be mold in several areas of the bathroom. The mirror was unclear due to smudges, and the bathtub didn’t seem properly cleaned. I noticed exposed wall plug outlets in the room, and the bedding was not comfortable. The pillows didn’t look fresh, and the blanket was very thin. The bed was made by pushing two single beds together, which wasn’t ideal for a restful sleep. There were also visible marks on the walls. When I asked to move to another room, the staff was unfortunately not able to assist. Overall, I didn’t feel comfortable and had a restless night, which affected my trip. Based on my experience, I would personally not choose to stay here again."
