"Hotel is really well maintained and well run. The surrounding area is extremely run down. It’s a short walk to Myeongdong which is really fun but the immediate few blocks around the hotel is not great. The hotel itself is extremely clean and nice, amenities are weird and everything is an extra charge (like access to the shared game room). In general I’d say this is a really nice hotel in a not great area"

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff and the accommodations were excellent. Rooms were extremely clean and upgraded. It is no surprise that JAL has their crew stay at this hotel. It is located in area with plenty of food options. Our next stay in Seoul would be at this hotel!"

"The staff on the 1st floor were highly dedicated and incredibly helpful. The cleaning staff on the 24th floor were also very professional, and the location is absolutely perfect."

"The staff is very helpful. The location is the best you can get if you want to be in the middle of Meyongdong. The rooms in Seoul are small, this one felt larger. AC wasn’t working but it wasn’t that hot in October. Building is in good shape. The shower doors need to be closed, in Seoul most hotel showers are half glass so water gets everywhere."

"Very nice and no issues, about 10 mins walk to metro and lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby which was good, they even kindly let us check in when we arrived much earlier then expected which we really appreciated thanks so much"
