I booked the dormitory and someone had used my assigned bunk which sucked because it was 1 in the morning (this was not Stay 424’s fault). I called it in and within the hour I was rebooked to another accommodation. Stay 424 has won my business for any future trips to Chicago on customer service alone. I think you’d struggle to find anywhere else where management has your back at 1 AM like that"
