"We were very disappointed with the hotel. The room was great, the hotel was verery well decorated, but that was it. We stayed two nights there and there was no air condition at the hotel. We paid the high price to have a comfortable vacation and we were very disappointed. There was definitely shortage of staff and we had to ask a few times to just clean up our room. I don't recommend the hotel for families or anybody at this time. They really need to step up, fix air conditioning systems, have more staff and focus on the customers and not only events. Very disappointed!"
