"The resort was excellent, the service was outstanding. Every night there was a turn down service. This something normally for 6 star resort. The area was quite so after 7pm couldn't hear one vehicle. So if you are a quite resort perfect for couple's who just want to relax.proposed to my future wife there they made it perfect for us."

"We loved this place. The whole experience was fantastic. The staff are very friendly, the food was fresh and tasty. The gardens were vibrant and full of colour. There aren't to many places to shop within walking distance however there are a lot of different restaurants to choose from with a huge amount of different cuisines. We found it very safe walking around the area during day or night. If you're looking for a great relaxing place to unwind without the hustle and bustle i would strongly recommend this place."

"We had an amazing time. The service and communication were absolutely flawless - we cannot rate the staff highly enough. Some of our family were sick while there and the Bumbak team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. The villa was beautiful and comfortable and our daily in-villa breakfast was delicious. We also had an in-villa spa day and a few separate massages during our trip, all of which was reasonably priced and wonderful. Something to note is that the location is slightly out of the way. It IS close to restaurants (some really great ones - something that this area has over the main Seminyak areas in a big way) BUT you can’t walk from the villa safely as there are no footpaths, very dirty open drains and lots of motorcycle traffic (it is Bali, after all). We didn’t mind and just took very cheap Gojek cars everywhere (we noted a lot of tourists in the area rented scooters to get about…terrifying and not for us!). We would absolutely recommend this villa. We had an idyllic holiday! "

"Maca Villas & Residences Umalas far exceeded our expectations. The location was a great quiet reprive from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. The hospitality and service was absolute perfection, everyone went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. The sister Maca resort has a fantastic restaurant Mase and access to the Sonham spa facilities. The front desk can arrange a free roundtrip shuttle to the spa and sister property restaurant. Highly recommend a day at the spa which comes complete with gym, exercise classes, hot tubs, sauna, stream room, cafe, and some of the best massages I've ever had. Our villa was always cleaned and serviced quickly. The enclosed glass doors were crucial for us to avoid bugs and creatures, you can also fully open the glass doors if you prefer the ourdoor feel. We visited in the height of rainy season and were grateful for a fully enclosed villa. Daily breakfast was always fast and fresh, the restaurant staff really went above and beyond to provide exceptional and friendly service.The resort provide a daily 1-way shuttle service to the surrounding areas. The shuttles are very comfortable SUV's. There are plenty of taxis available on ride sharing apps as well. Major thanks to Yoga and the team for making our stay exceptional. We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back."

"I loved Sin Nombre, it was safe, quiet, clean, modern and the staff there was extremely kind and attentive. Right across the street was a Bistro that served hot food and if you wanted you could order and they would bring it straight to your villa. The villa's were amazing!! Just as the pictures showed. There was a crossing guard as well to make sure you were safe when crossing the street. They had transportation waiting if you needed to go anywhere. We found a driver pretty fast that we kept for the entire stay. Overall I would go back to this resort!! Wonderful stay. "

"Location of the Villa is very convenient and centralised. One of the most beautiful Villa in Bali. Staffs were extremely helpful and nice especially Ms Ayu. Was down with Bali Belly and the team really showed their concern and provide us with the best hospitality. Excellent. "
