"Alila Seminyak is truly next-level. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, everything about this hotel felt five-star. After getting off a long flight and arriving in Bali’s hot and humid climate, we were welcomed with a complimentary box containing snacks and drinks, along with a cool, refreshing towel and facial mist. It was such a thoughtful touch and immediately made us feel welcomed, refreshed and looked after. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, right on the...

"10/10 absolutely no notes, we loved it and we will be back! The location was stunning, breakfast was delicious, pool area was amazing and loved that there’s a separate one from the beach club. Food options were amazing, especially Dome is a must try, every single dish was unique and delicious."

"من اجمل المنتجعات في بالي. شيء لايوصف من مستوى الخدمة المتميزه والنظافه وجمال الموقع."

"Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und das Essen phänomenal und super preiswert. Tolles Hotel hier würde ich jederzeit wieder her kommen."

"We recently stayed at Kayumas Seminyak Resort and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, making it the perfect place to relax while still being close to everything Seminyak has to offer. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the pool and resort facilities were excellent. What really stood out for us, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay....

"A really good hotel I’d recommend to anyone. The staff are friendly rooms are kept really clean and tidy. I really nice place. Good location and easy to get around."

"設備は綺麗に清掃されており、良い印象を持ちました。 しかし、2日目の清掃が入った後にも関わらず、謎の黒いゴミが床に落ちたままだったのは残念でした。 少しお高めでしたが、ホテルから直接送迎を頼めたのは安心でした。 どのスタッフも気さくに挨拶をしてくれ、滞在中とても気持ちがよかったです。"

"They said there was a tattoo stain on the sheets and charged us almost 3x the nightly rate for new ones. We took the sheets to the laundry and the stain came out, but they still wanted to keep the cleaned sheets after charging us for replacements. That just didn’t feel fair at all."

"Smallish resort with I think only 6 or 7 villas. Super nice staff and large spacious villas. Enjoyed the daily breakfast delivered to the villa. Well located near Petitenget beach."

"エアコンが故障していましたが、すぐに別の部屋用意してもらえました"

"Unfortunately, very noisy place with low privacy."

"We loved the Kleo! The pool was great, it’s a short walk to the beach and a short drive from the Airport. It’s in a great location close to lots of food, coffee, shopping and nightlife. It was just off one of the main roads in Semenyak but it never felt like it was crazy from the hotel, it was quiet and felt very safe. The staff is by far the nicest staff on our whole stay in Bali. The room was beautiful and clean. Absolutely no complaints. We will be back Forsure!"

"If you want to stay in the dark you can book this hotel. There is no power elevators doesn’t work"

"コスパ良く泊まれる"

"I stayed in the junior suite again after visiting about a year ago. I have seen improvement to the hotel since first staying which are very welcomed. The staff are so lovely and genuinely willing to help. I really noticed that they have swim key staff who go above and beyond to be friendly and ask if you need help. The breakfast is a great and inexpensive way to start the day on the rooftop and they have some great options even for vegetarians like me. My room is great and spacious and clean. I...
