"We were unaware that there was no on site parking w/o valet $49 charge. Off street parking lots expensive and charge for each coming and going. Disappointed that check in did not inform us that you had to use your room key to use the elevator. That would’ve been helpful!!"

"Staff was helpful with any question at any time. Easy on/off the highway. We stopped there to avoid rush hour traffic through Cincinnati, and were able to grab the breakfast and leave by 6:30 am, sailing through the city at that time. The breakfast was fairly good, with freshly scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy at the hot station, and cold cereal and fruit available as well. Highway noise could be heard all night but more as a white noise. For us, the easy on/off was worth the noise and it didn’t disturb our sleep."

"I stay at this hotel twice a year for events I come into Cincinnati for. Very disappointed this time in the room amenities. Bottom of one of the beds was broken, bathroom light was not very bright, shower curtain rod was not level so the curtain did not stay closed on either end. I’m not sure if this was just a room that needed to be refreshed. They were painting the lobby right outside the restaurant during my stay so you smelled the paint fumes with your breakfast each morning. Staff was very nice checking in and restaurants staff. "

"Old building. Almost every ice machine was broken. Hollow walls. Could hear every person walking down the halls or shutting their doors. "

"Our stay was wonderful! There was 3 of us and we had plenty of space in our room. The room was large, comfortable and quiet, with the kitchenette being an added bonus. The location was 10 minutes from the airport and had plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially April who there every morning setting up breakfast. Breakfast was simple but good. It had hard boiled eggs, pastries, cereal and other things that come usually with a continental breakfast. The coffee was good too which we were grateful for. Thank you for the great stay, we'll definitely be back!"
