"My only issue was the communication via chat before my stay was pretty bad. I will add that a guy named Victor I think it was, was extremely helpful in accommodating our early check in request as we had a concert to go to and they were completely booked. I would stay again and I think the place is nice just would’ve appreciated better communication that’s all. It’s a nice hotel."

"The staff are always kind!"

"great"

"Stay here on business. The staff is great."

"Extremely clean room and newly renovated! The fitness center was great with free weights and several cardio options. The breakfast buffet was delicious."

"Stayed one night before an early flight. The reception area is small with the bar area there. It was very loud and bright so would be overstimulating for a lot of people. The check in staff was ok, a little rude if I’m honest. The room was good enough for one night. There was hair in the tub so I didn’t use the shower. The toilet was extremely loud flushing. There’s a free shuttle to jfk which is appreciated. I was told to be there 10 minutes before it sets off but when I went down to check out...

"Great hotel, the room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile. We will definitely return and we highly recommend this hotel."

"It was nice"

"My room was a little small but clean upon arrival, the staff was helpful and pleasant and the the complimentry breafast was great with a variety of food. There is no parking on property i was little disappointing but Overall my experience was awesome."

"This is our 2nd time and We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean and staffs are very helpful. Small suggestion. - Breakfast could be improved."

"There was construction going on, so oceanside view was constructed. It was a little loud in the morning while they worked, but that is to be expected. The room I had was comfortable and spacious. The staff was very accommodating. It's a gorgeous property right on the beach."

"This hotel is in serious need of updating. Cigarette and marijuana smoke, loud moaning in the hallways, and excessive street noise made for an unpleasant stay. The elevator was extremely slow, and the room was unbearably hot due to air conditioning being turned off. Parking was also very limited due to construction when the hotel was full. Overall, an EXPENSIVE disappointing and uncomfortable experience."
