"The property was not as advertised.
- cobwebs everywhere! Upon entry, I walked into multiple cobwebs. The place was dusty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time.
- both patio decks were filthy. They were so dirty that they were unusable. Especially the grill.
- The house was extremely hot! Both upstairs and downstairs were like a furnace. Even with opening doors and windows, it was an oven. Do not come here, especially in the summer.
-Towels were dirty with dust marks on...

"This was a great place, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. We had planned on going out to dinner, but saw the Weber, and decided to grill instead. Our cabin had a jacuzzi in the room which was fun!"

"The house is very nice and was very clean upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is very good. We liked the Moonridge location as the golf course and zoo were very close. The supermarkets were in easy driving distance. We had planned to play a round of golf and visit the zoo and the historical museum, all of which we did. I had left much of my paperwork at home and Ally from Destination Big Bear was very helpful in filling in the blanks. She smoothed out all my concerns, as it was our first time renting a home in Big Bear. "

"My spouse and stepmother accompanied me. Two bedrooms across the hall and a bathroom downstairs gave us all adequate elbow room. The kitchen was extremely well equipped which made for easy meal preparation and cozy meals. Lots of blankets and pillows here, there and everywhere made the place super comfy. A short, but rough-hewn log stairway leading from the driveway to the house might be difficult for people with orthopedic disabilities. Each step on the stairs leading up to the second floor is perhaps not as wide as typical and must be maneuvered thoughtfully if your feet are large. Peaceful neighborhood near the trailhead of the Bristle Cone Pine Trail."

"We loved our stay in your cabin. The grill and kitchen were great for cooking. The porch with its outdoor table, porch swing, and fire pit was so wonderful. We loved this peaceful neighborhood in the mountains and loved the stunning vistas - our sunsets on the porch were magical!"
"The cabin was well equipped and clean! For example, the oven and cooktop were spotless, the fridge was clean and bottled water was provided, there was a nice coffee pot with coffee and filters, and games galore! Everything you need to make great memories!
