"Our stay here was amazing. We did a staycation for my daughter’s 5th birthday. Staff was nice & polite. Although parking is a little high & a little complicated, everything else we enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious as well, room service was also fast. "

"There's a microwave in the room so thats a plus. The Hotel is located in a rough area. People are smoking right outside the entrance, and as you walk out of the car past the entrance, the smell of weed greets you. You smell the same thing whilst on the elevator to your room. My room wasnt ever cleaned, 4 nights stay. No toothpaste or hand wash refresher, no towels changes. Got in late and finding the entrance was a nightmare."

"The hotel cleaning staff and restaurant staff were amazing, the staff at the check-in desk were a bit unhelpful and slow moving which was really surprising. The rooms are "ok", and the hotel is a bit of a maze, but overall had a great experience."

"Great room, great stay, very nice staff, Natalia, Jermaine & Jerome all lovely. Great breakfast experience with Judith and Akira at the By George restaurant. I don’t like chocolate but they offer a really delicious hot chocolate in the afternoon and a tour in the evening. They had great lounge spaces that you can sit and meet people in which was helpful for us with our visit. The rooms are spacious, all of us had large rooms. The beds contrary to reviews did not smell like pickles but I did see a quite a bit of dust on the blinds in my restroom. I would definitely go back. "

"As a repeat client!!! My husband and I stayed here for one night. Horrible experience, every staff member we spoke to was very rude and dismissive. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work ( no big deal ) we go downstairs to get ice and the worker says “don’t come back down here, use the stairs and go get ice on another floor!” Ummm excuse me? I’m paying over $400 total for this stay and I can’t come get ice downstairs? They charged us multiple times when only one item was purchased. The check out staff was just as rude as check in. We asked a simple question about the charges and she said “I don’t know go ask your bank.” No shampoo or conditioner, towels were dirty as well as the shower. Do not recommend staying here. It’s not worth being made to feel like a piece of trash!!! "
