"When we initially checked into our room, there was some garbage remaining from the previous guests. They’d allowed us an early check in, so I cleaned it myself. Upon further review, there wasn’t an ability to have only the washroom or hallway light on, it was always both. This was inconvenient travelling with a small child. The hair dryer also didn’t work, they provided a second which also didn’t work and the outlet blew if we plugged anything in. There was repeated fire alarms prompting evacuation as well, and nothing was done to make up for the inconvenience of evacuating after our family had already gone to sleep. Nor was an explanation provided as to whether it was a true fire, a faulty alarm, etc."
